It means we put meaningful effort into planning before construction begins. We look at the existing conditions, scope, sequencing, trade coordination and decisions that may affect later work so the project can be approached in an organized way.
When a project requires separately licensed specialty trades, Falis Construction coordinates appropriately licensed trade professionals as part of the overall project. We manage the schedule, the sequence and the inspections around them, so you have one point of contact rather than several.
You submit the project through the estimate form. We review what you’ve sent, come back to you if something’s unclear, and arrange a site visit where the project needs one. The estimate follows once the scope is understood — which is why we ask for detail up front rather than quoting a number that would have to change.
Falis Construction is based in the Twin Cities and serves projects across Minnesota. Our primary service area includes the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities, but we are available to review opportunities elsewhere in the state based on the project scope, location, schedule and requirements.
